This signal converter supplies a highly stable constant voltage to the displacement sensor, with the brush signal connected to a high-impedance input without loss. The signal is converted into a standard output proportional to the measured displacement. Featuring excellent linearity, extremely low temperature drift, and sensor-matched signal processing, the converter ensures outstanding performance of the displacement sensor. When connected close to the sensor, it guarantees reliable signal transmission and anti-interference capability even over long distances.
In the adjustable version, users can widely adjust the zero point and output range of the output signal—even if the actual measurement length is shorter than the sensor's maximum range, the converter can calibrate the output to standard values. The converter circuit is integrated in a socket box compliant with DIN 43650 standard. With a wide operating voltage range, it can directly use unregulated DC power supplies. The SMD components withstand large temperature variations, enabling reliable operation under extreme conditions. The MUW 200 series connects to other devices via a four-pole socket, with internal connectors adjustable every 90° to align the output cable direction as needed.
